Welcome and information Monday Oct. 14.

Information about the camp at 8-8.30 a.m. 

Breakfast is served from 7.30-8.30 a.m. (for all participants and parents)

(daily Mon-Fri, preliminary)
7.45-8.30 breakfast

8.45-12.45 ice training

12.45-14.00  lunch break

14-16 off-ice training
Off-ice Physical training indoor and outdoor - strength building, balance training and stretching.
What to bring ! - Skates, warm clothing (5-6 degrees) and gloves

- Sports wear for indoor training (sport shoes, T-shirt and shorts)

- Sports wear for outdoor training (sports shoes, warm clothing)

- Yoga mat *

- Jump rope *

- Elastic band (approx. 3m) *

*) Non-local participants do not need to bring the equipment and may borrow at the camp
